Shein Curve Haul

October is finally among us, can you believe it? I did a little shopping for this colder weather. I don’t know about you, but I’m in love with the matching set trend! So, guess what I picked up from Shein Curve? Keep on reading to find out!

Before we jump into the haul, I want to mention that I sized up for all of the items that I purchased. Shein tends to run smaller, and I like to be comfortable in what I wear. I am usually a size 20, but I bought everything in size 22.

The first set that went into my cart is this pink tie-dye sweatsuit. It’s so on-trend and so comfortable, it’s the perfect fit for me! I’m a stay at home mama, so I need to be comfortable, but there are days when I want to feel cute! This set hits the spot!

Next, I picked up a rainbow, stripped matching-set. Once again, super cute and comfortable! The top is a little bit cropped, but I don’t mind at all.

The next set, I kept going back and forth to decide if I wanted it or not. It’s the cutest windbreaker set that I have seen! I’ve never owned a windbreaker set, so I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it, but I’m super excited that I purchased it. It fits great, and it will be perfect for rainy days.

The last set that I purchased is my top favorite! I love how simple it is for wearing around the house, yet cute enough to run errands. Simple and classic; check it out here!

That is everything in this haul; I’m planning on purchasing more items soon. let me know which one was your favorite! This buy was a success, and I’m happy with my choices. Make sure to check out Shein Curve; they have an app, and I use it daily. I check-in daily, and I get points that go towards money off of my next purchase.

Shein Curve Haul

Happy THURSDAY! I hope that your week is going great so far; today, I have a small haul for you from Shein Curve. This is the second time that I have placed an order with them, and so far, I love all of the pieces that I bought! So here is what I purchased.

If you haven’t heard of Shein Before, it’s a clothing website that sells cute clothes for a very affordable price. The quality isn’t always the best, but when I can buy a brand new cute dress for $10, sign me up! They have a wide variety of sizes; they have regular to plus sizes. I do recommend sizing up if you decide to purchase anything from Shein. I bought everything in size 20, and the shoes are a size 9.

I love T-shirt dresses, they are so comfy! So I purchased two, just different colors.

4 Must Have Makeup Palettes

Happy Makeup Monday! I hope that your liner is winged to the gods and your lipstick is on point. Today I am sharing my four favorite makeup palettes that I can’t live without! They are perfect for fall and have a multi-purpose use!

  1. The Kay Von D Alchemist Highlight Pallet. This pallet is an intense highlighting one, but it is the perfect inner corner highlight for the eyes! It makes you look like your eyes are glowing.
  2. The Urban Decay Naked Heat Pallet. I’m sure that you have heard of this bad boy before, especially if you are a makeup lover like myself. This gorgeous pallet has all of the warm tone shadows that you will ever need for fall. It is seriously the best!
  3. The Morphe X Kathleen Lights Eyeshadow Pallet. This little baby is a dream come true. It has a nice mix between cool and warm tone shadows. So many different looks can be created with this pallet.
  4. The Tartelette in the Bloom Pallet. This little guy is your perfect everyday eyeshadow pallet, but if you have dark hair like me, a couple of these shades can double as eyebrow powders. I love a twofer!

You can never have enough makeup palettes!

Let me know if you would like to read a part two! I would be happy to post it for another Makeup Monday!! Let me know if you have any of these and which ones are your favs!

Stay Confident.

Product Review: L’Oréal Paris Voluminous Lash Paradise

Happy Makeup Monday! One quick question, if you could only choose one makeup product to wear for the rest of your life, what would it be? If it’s mascara, you might want to go pick this one up! I love mascara, and this one just knocked more than half of them out of the park. Today I am reviewing the L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Lash Paradise mascara. The color that I picked up is blackest black.

The tube is pretty heavy duty, a chic light pink look. Just simply gorgeous! The wand is pretty big and reminds me of the Better Than Sex mascara from Too Faced.

The mascara isn’t a wet consistency, it’s not dry, I feel as if it is perfect.

Moment of truth:

I rate this mascara a 5/5! It’s pretty amazing, as you can see for yourself. It gives me so much volume, length, and color payoff.

Have your tried this mascara? If so, do you like it?

Stay beautiful.

Today’s Look

Hello my precious little sunflower! I hope that you are doing AMAZING on this fine day. Today I have a “Look of the Day” for you and I think that this is one of my favorite pieces from Charlotte Russe. I also have a picture for you of my before and after makeup look. It’s a pretty simple look and I ended up changing the lip to a darker color. So, if you would like to see my look for the day, keep scrolling down!

Ahhhhhh….. Makeup, my favorite part of any day, I don’t know what it is. I could be having the worst day ever, but when I play with makeup, it all goes away. I have for sure come along way from when I first started playing with this junk.

Here is a before and after picture, what a difference a little bit of makeup and some eyelashes can do. Although I wasn’t feeling any eyeshadow, I think that this look turned out pretty darn good. Didn’t want to go too over the top in 100 degree weather. You feel me?

With that being said, You know that I had to rock the up do. I found a really simple way to style an up do, without just wearing a simple bun. My Hunny thinks that buns are ugly and my aunt thinks that they are lazy. So this is what I found, I will find the tutorial and link it here for you. Now on To the real reason that you are here, my dress. If you have read a couple of my previous posts, you could guess where this dress came from. For those of you that are just joining me for the first time, welcome, my name is Kelsey. I have seem to of lost my train of thought, oh yea, my dress! Two words, Charlotte Russe. The obsession with this store is real. Can’t seem to move on.

I bought this dress for a wedding that I coordinated a couple of months ago. This was when I first really started stepping out of my comfort zone in the fashion scenes. Best decision I have ever made, aside from saying yes to marrying the love of my life. It’s a straight style dress with a beautiful pattern. It’s classy, cute AND comfortable! Triple threat, right? I love to find clothes that I look and feel amazing in. It’s one thing to look good, but to be able to relax and enjoy yourself? Mind blowing, really. I was able to look presentable and run around to make sure that bride and groom had the best day ever! This dress would be great for any occasion really; date night, church, wedding, BBQ, you name it!

This dress has a couple of different patterns in it, but the way that they compliment each other, is un real. This dress can be paired a couple of ways. It can be styled like it is here; fancy up do, bling and heels. It can also be styled with some cute sandals and your hair down with a headband. Depends on the event and how I am feeling that day.

Today I am feeling fancy!

Here is a little behind the scenes picture of my photographer! She is pretty awesome, make sure and check her blog out. Kailynne’s Kaptures is her photography blog, she is pretty new to the blogging world.  If you check out her site, make sure and let her know that I sent you. This photo was captured by Kylie! She is also new to blogging, feel free to give them both some pointers. I’m sure that they would love some feedback.

Ulta haul!

Hello my lovelies! Today I have a little ulta haul for you! I went yesterday and thought that I would share these exciting products with you. If you have tried any of these products let me know what you think! So let’s get started!

The first think I picked up is this NYX brow retractable pencil. I tried it for the first time yesterday and I absolutely love it. It reminds me of the Anastasia brow wiz, just half the price!

Of corse the next thing I bought were lashes. You never have too many lashes! The Ardell brand is my favorite so far. I haven’t bought any of the real expensive lashes yet. I would love to but I think I will stick to these for now.

Next I picked up a red lipstick from Maybeline, I am going to be doing a secret post very soon and need this product! I can’t wait until you all see it!

Next is this face primer I have heard so many beauty gurus mention! This is the NYX Angel veil primer. I can’t wait to try this guy out! Also this was super affordable.

And lastly I picked up this NYX contour pallet! I have been wanting to try this out for a long time now. It has two more shades and is half the price of the Kat Von D shade n light pallet. It may not be as good but it is still pretty amazing!

That is all! Until next time! I love you all!!!

Drugstore Haul!

Hello my lovelies! I hope your day is amazing and your night is swell. I went to buy a brush today because mine broke right in the middle of doing my hair for work. Of corse I came out of the store with a little more than just a brush. So without further ado, here is what I picked up.

  • First thing first, I bought a brush. Hopefully this one lasts me more than just a month. I guess that is what I get for buying a cheap one!
  • Second thing I found was this teaser brush and comb. I have been using a big round brush to yeast the top of my hair and it goes flat within an hour. I also picked up this brush because Amrezy has one sort of like it and I want to try her hair styles out! For those of you who don’t know who Amrezy is, you are missing out!  Go follow her on Twitter @Amrezyyy.
  • The last thing hair related, I picked up a backup of the Garnier Fructis Texture Tease spray. This stuff is absolutely amazing. It gives you great volume without leaving any gross rezzado. I love it when I have curls or want a big ponytail!
  • I grabbed another Real Techniques sponge, mine is falling apart. I love this tool and it was only $6. Can’t beat that!
  • Next is the Maybeline instant age rewind concealer. I used this way back, ran out and never bought it again. I remember liking it so I thought I would try it out.
  • These next two products I am mostly excited about! I have been loving the purple liquid lipstick pictures everywhere!! So many girls are rocking that color and I have been wanting to give it a shot. I didn’t want to buy an expensive one and never use it, so when I seen that these came out I was extatic!  I also picked up a pink color because spring is right around the corner. Aren’t these colors just gorgeous!? I am going to be doing a look with these very soon!
  • The last thing I picked up were some ear rings. They were only $3 and the cheap stuff doesn’t bother my ears.

Well that is all for this haul! I hope you all enjoyed it, if you have tried any of these products let me know what you think of them! If you want to try them, let me know which ones! Please like, comment and follow! Love you all! Xoxo

Mini Sephora haul !

Hello my lovelies!!! Went to Sephora and picked up a couple things and thought I would share!

The first thing I picked up is this Nars Dual intensity blush! I have seen a few beauty gurus talk about this so I thought I would give it a shot.

The packaging is beautiful and it has a pretty good amount of product. This was $45 and I comes with a highlight and a blush. Here are some swatches!  A little does go a long way. The highlight kind of reminds me of Becca’s collaboration with Jaclyn Hill, Champagne Pop. Not as quite as gold, but almost there.

The next thing I picked up is Kat Von D’s Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Lolita. I have been dreaming of this for quite some time now.  This was $21.

I also wanted to get a felt lip liner, so I go the Sephora brand and I thought I would try it out. I will test in on my eyes and let you know what I think. I did swatch it on my hand and it bled out a little, but we will see. Fingers crossed. I paid $12.00 for the liner.

I had a few points saved up so I got the Dr.Brant age eraser kit.

And lastly they threw in a sample of a Clinique moisturizer lotion.

Well that’s all for my mini Sephora haul! I hope you all enjoyed it! Please follow, like and comment!!
