I know that I can’t be the only one that loves a beautiful, classic, red lip this time of year. It’s so festive and speaks holiday time! The best part about wearing red lipstick is that it can be dressed up, (rocking a bold smokey eye, lashes to the heavens, and glitter upon glitter!). It can also be another casual Monday at the office kind of look (no eye shadow, natural and wispy lashes, and hair in a sleek bun).
Today I have gathered 10 of my top favorite red lipsticks to share with you. Most of these are super affordable and are at your local drug store. I hope that you enjoy this short yet informative post! I will be linking all of the lipsticks that I share with you down below.
I hope that you enjoyed this post; it was fun to share these products with you. If you have other red lip recommendations, please leave them in the comments! I am always looking to try out something new.
Ah, Stagecoach is right around the corner! I’ve been waiting for this weekend for a long time! I purchased my ticket back in September. Today I thought that it would be perfect to share some of my must haves for an event like this. I am hoping that this post will help you if you also have a festival to go to!
My first must have is my Plus Zone Chafe Stick. During music festivals, I am always rocking some cute, and heat friendly fashion pieces. Some being shorts, skirts, dresses, you get the picture. Chaffing is a no-go for me, so I need to protect myself from the pain. For more information about the product, I have a video on my IGTV and an Instagram post that you can go check out!
Killer fashion is an obvious must-have for ANY music festival. Need I say more?
Sunglasses, SPF, and chapstick are critical, the heat is unreal!
Phone charging bank, the picture taking is non-stop
Wet ones (it’s dirty)
Advil, unfortunately, headaches are a thing
My last must-have is to have a good time. Enjoy the weekend and make memories.
Keep a look out on my Instagram for all of the fun photos! If you are going to be at Stagecoach, I would love to meet up with you.
When I find amazing products, I have to share them with you. I have discovered a new brand and I’m living for it!
2 Bar Soaps
These products are sulfate and paraben free! I love products that are made with safe ingredients. Did I mention that they are also cruelty-free?
I’ve received the starter pack from Native, which retails at $30. That isn’t bad for all of these products, plus they have more to choose from. They have different products from toothpaste to body wash.
Skin care is very important to me, (also white teeth). I am 25 now and am not getting any younger! I need to take care of my skin while I still can. These amazing products are helping me along the way.
These amazing, cleansing towelettes, have changed the way that I think of makeup removing wipes completely! I have repurchased them three times. Can you tell that I like them?
Bath and Bodyworks can never do wrong in my eyes. I have been obsessed with these two scents ever since I purchased them about a month ago. They smell like Heaven!
Last, but certainly not least, this product is a game changer. I have a problem with really dry feet. It’s so bad that it hurts to walk sometimes. Ever since I have started using this product, my feet don’t hurt. They don’t crack, they just feel so much better. I am so in love.
These are some of my favorite makeup products. I am constantly trying new products, but I can’t get away from these! The only product that I was not able to find was the Charlotte Russe Eye Shadow Palette, but I linked the rest below!
I know that hair care is not talked about a lot on my blog, but that doesn’t mean that it is not important to me.
My hair goes through a lot. From the straightening and curling to the waving. My hair gets very dry, it needs a trim and a little drink sometimes. Trimming your hair every six weeks is probably the best thing for your hair. Unless of course you have very healthy hair and are just lucky like that. Unfortunately, that isn’t me and I need a trim. I like to go as often as I need it. I know that it’s time when my hair feels horrible at the ends and starts sticking together. After a nice trim, I like to go home and put a hot oil treatment on my hair. The best one that I have found is this Jamaican Mango & Lime Black Castor Oil with Coconut. I cannot tell you how incredible this product is! It smells amazing and can be used for so many different things! I put a generous amount into a microwavable bowl, heat it up for a minute, and then carefully apply it all over my hair. After it is all in and getting soaked up, I will leave it in for about an hour or two, and then wash it out.
After that is all washed out, I will spray a generous amount of the HnP Placenta Super Strength Leave-In Instant Conditioning Treatment. Woah, that was a mouth full, but so worth it. It is for extremely damaged hair and helps with the tangles. As you can see in the picture below, I have gone through quite a bit of it. Once that is in and my hair is brushed out before I blow dry, I will go in with the Turn Up The Heat Protection Spray. I have been using this heat protectant for years and can’t say that I have found one to replace it. When using this, I have to make sure that I don’t go crazy with it. If I spray too much, it will make my hair greasy and weigh it down. Seriously, after my hair is dry, it’s like I have a brand new head of hair. Shiny, soft, smells, and feels amazing!
Being that my hair is very dry, I don’t wash my hair every day. With that being said, I like to use one of two dry shampoos between washes. The first one is the Not Your Mother’s Beach Babe Texturizing Dry Shampoo. This stuff smells like I am at the beach, I have already gone through three bottles. I am obsessed, no joke. The other dry shampoo is the Mystic Divine Coconut Complex Texture Finishing Spray. If you haven’t already caught on, coconut and coconut oil is very good for the hair! All of these products are very affordable and AMAZING. I can’t live without them and I recommend them to all of you! If you have damaged hair or just want that extra shine!
